Razzien im Morgengrauen / Dawn raids...Being explicit is like fire that dissolves all magic... Being a subject of a police raid -for no particular reason- at dawn is common among people who may be considered a threat to the regime in power as Status quo in Turkey. Dawn raids are not only for humiliation but also to give a fear to others who may commit the similar reactions and utterances against the power.

A cigarette paper is called "çarsaf," which is synonymous with "bedsheet." But there is no word for the feeling of being flammable when sleep is scarce; we need the help of poetry, perhaps even a poetry of objects.
